Hello, I was a victim of Domestic Violence and was issued the protection device. I am honored to say that I felt secure, having the device alerted me several times of the area in which the person was in. The device also allowed me to be more aware of my surroundings. I am pleased with the system and how it works. I was amazed that a nice lady from Investigative Solutions informed me of the release of the person. This lady was very knowledgeable from start to finish on the product and how it works. She explained everything to the point. I was very comfortable having the device and her knowledge and positivity. After the court hearing I knew that I had to return the device in, that was a big upset. I am praying in the future that after hearings in court that the device should be allowed to stay with the victim another 90 to 120 days so they can get themselves back into life and return to normal. I really appreciate everyone that was involved, Especially Mr. Cisco from the Tarheel Monitoring making sure I was doing okay and if i had any questions.It was not just a phone call or a job to the kind woman at Investigative Solutions and Mr. Cisco, it was professionalism and putting themselves in my shoes.
